Confirm before comparing or ordering
- Record whether powder is included, the exact reference and the required filling quantity or intended filling specification.
- Provide machine model, system version and connector details; a photo or technical drawing can support confirmation.
- Request confirmation for the exact bag or cartridge configuration. Neither a shared weight nor a similar shape establishes interchangeability.
- Confirm packaging, quantity, destination and documentation requirements. Check any filling responsibility explicitly for empty formats.
Keep model-specific evidence with the quotation. Compatibility that is not established in the product documentation remains a confirmation item; bags, cartridges and machine models must not be assumed interchangeable.
