Hemodialysis Powder A & B is a paired dry concentrate system for use with compatible three-stream hemodialysis machines. Each powder is dissolved separately in dialysis-quality water, then the prepared concentrates are proportioned with water according to the specified formula and machine instructions.
Powder A contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and citric acid. Powder B contains sodium bicarbonate. The principal configuration is 2345.5 g of Powder A plus 1176 g of Powder B, with a stated capacity of 2 patients. Other listed bag sizes are available upon request.
